PJP Develop built the EAS Simulator Free/Pro app as an ad-supported-freemium/commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by PJP Develop and is intended for use as is.

If you choose to use the app, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The information that is collected are used for providing and improving the Service. Microphone and Screen Recording
From version 2.1 and up, the app supports exporting the EAS Alerts as videos. In order to do that, it performs screen recording to capture what's on screen and uses the microphone to capture the audio produced by the alert.
Screen and audio recording stop when you finish playing/recording the EAS Alert.
Any recorded data is simply used to generate a video file, which you can use and share at your own will, and none of this data leaves your device nor does PJP Develop have access to it.
You can revoke these permissions at will if you do not wish to export any EAS Alerts as videos.
Access to Device's File Storage (Read/Write)
From version 2.1 and up, the app supports impoting/exporting the EAS Alerts files, so that they can be backed up or shared with friends.
You can revoke these permissions if you do not wish to import/export EAS Alerts to files.
Metrics and Statistics
For a better experience while using this Service, the app may collect some metrics consisting of unidentifiable information, including but not limited to Android OS version, app version, which Default EAS Alerts have been played the most, etc.
This information is anonynous and is simply used to understand how the app is used, which of its features are the most popular, etc.
Log Data
You should be informed that whenever you use this Service, in case of an error in the app it collects data and information (through Google third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your devices’s name/model, operating system version, configuration of the app when utilising this Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
This error information is purely technical and used only to fix crashes/bugs/glitches in EAS Simulator Free/Pro.
